Investigating -
EngagedMD customers on the CareXP platform are currently reporting issues with modules appearing for selection that are not intended to be available to assign to the patients in their clinics/organization. We are investigating the issue and working toward providing a fix to remove these extraneous models and avoid accidental assignment.
While we work through this issue, we recommend taking extra care when picking modules to assign to ensure patients receive the intended content.
